Estava bloqueado, chegando lá, já na entrada fui bem recebido, por Rodolfo o Gerente, muito prestativo e solícito, faz tempo que esse Banco não tinha uma pessoa tão pronta pra atender. Os outros não atende bem são secos. Parabéns Rodolfo.
I needed to reset the app password and stuff. It was blocked, arriving there, at the entrance I was well received by Rodolfo, the Manager, very helpful and solicitous, it has been a while since this Bank had a person so ready to assist. The others don't fit well are dry. Congratulations Rodolfo.
