★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Cheguei às 14h no banco para abertura de uma conta salário. Banco praticamente vazio, apenas umas 8 pessoas em minha frente e a atendente Marcele informou que eu não precisava de esperar que ela não ia abrir, pois já tinham 3 pessoas para abrir conta, sendo que eu cheguei no banco no horário de expediente, era obrigação dela abrir e ela não me forneceu a senha. Nota zero, odeio o banco Bradesco, só abro mesmo pq é conta salário e as empresas que exigem, pq pro cliente pessoa física não tem nenhum benefício

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra quem é hapto ao uso do autoatendimento agiliza muito. Mas as filas são grandes e o atendimento pessoal e de ajuda é precário. Ao chegar na agência as 14:40, fui informada de que não podia mais entrar para fazer abertura de conta, liguei para o número que consta aqui e fui orientada a entrar e falar com a gerente responsável, ela me encaminhou para outra pessoa que até às 16h não resolveu o meu problema. Acabei ligando para o número de outra agência e me informando, não gastei 2min na chamada e consegui tirar as dúvidas sobre abertura de conta. Saí do banco as 15:50 sem receber atendimento.
For those who are happy to use self-service, it speeds up a lot. But the lines are long and the personal assistance and help is precarious. Upon arriving at the agency at 14:40, I was informed that I could no longer enter to open an account, I called the number shown here and I was instructed to enter and speak with the responsible manager, she referred me to another person who even at 16h it didn't solve my problem. I ended up calling the number of another agency and informing myself, I didn't spend 2 minutes on the call and I was able to clear the doubts about opening an account. I left the bank at 15:50 without receiving assistance.

Aglomeração e olhe que estamos passando por uma pandemia. Filas enormes e clientes sentados no chão pois a espera é enorme.
Acho que o branco deveria rever a forma de atendimento ao público. Sempre foi péssima essa agência e conseguiu piorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone 30038208 não atende... Pois liguei das 10:00 as 14:00 que é o horário de funcionamento, e só diz: " obrigada pela sua ligação e que não pode atende no momento". Nessa pandemia diz para ficar em casa... Mais desse jeito!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei lá na agência por volta das 10:30 na data de hj, 19/01/21 e a agência estava FECHADA! Os comerciantes da área me informaram que TODOS OS FUNCIONÁRIOS ESTÃO COM COVID! Não havia aviso, muita gente voltando, e a falta de respeito com o usuário e clientes, é inadmissível! Estimo melhoras aos funcionários e resolução por parte da administração bancária, que poderia estabelecer um direcionamento,para atendimento dos clientes!
