★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha irmã foi super maltratada pela gerente,um péssimo atendimento,espero nunca precisar ir nessa agência a qual a cliente no caso minha irmã foi tratada como uma animal,mais o banco vai perder mais uma cliente . A culpa não é do banco e sim dos maus funcionários, no caso funcionária que está incapaz de exercer um cargo que lhe dá diretamente contato com o cliente.
My sister was super mistreated by the manager, a terrible service, I hope I never need to go to this branch which the client in this case my sister was treated like an animal, but the bank will lose another client. The fault is not of the bank, but of the bad employees, in the case of an employee who is unable to exercise a position that gives her direct contact with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 6:30 da manhã e fui atendida às 15 horas. E isso pq só havia 9 pessoas na minha frente. Diziam que não podiam colocar as pessoas pra dentro pq estava lotado. Muitas pessoas chegavam e entravam direto e quem estava na fila desde cedo ficou esperando até ser um dos últimos. Uma total desorganização e falta de respeito! As fichas são entregues às 9:30, mas às 8 horas eles já estão lá, simplesmente não se importam com a quantidade de pessoas do lado de fora, em pé durante várias horas, embaixo de um sol escaldante. E os funcionários ainda atendem com arrogância. Foi uma experiência terrível.
I arrived at 6:30 am and was attended at 3 pm. And that because there were only 9 people in front of me. They said they couldn't get people inside because it was packed. Many people came and went straight in and those who were in line from an early age waited until they were one of the last. Total disorganization and lack of respect! The tokens are handed out at 9:30, but at 8 am they are already there, they just don't care about the amount of people outside, standing for several hours, under a scorching sun. And the employees still serve with arrogance. It was a terrible experience.
