Terrible. Bipolar manager, totally unprepared and unkind to customers. Then I withdraw my account from there and do the portability. I'd rather see the devil than go to this agency. I have already complained N times in the ombudsman and in Reclame Aqui. I don't even recommend it to my enemy.
