Fiquei das 09 as 14 horas esperando na fila para entregar um documento.
Não tinha água, não tem banheiro.
Péssimo mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única agência do banco do Brasil que vejo abrir 10hs da manhã, começar a atender de fato às 11hs. Poucos funcionários, lentidão quanto a resolução dos problemas dos clientes e falta de esforço em prestar um bom atendimento. Chegando a ocorrência das pessoas ficarem na fila pra entrar por mais de 1hr de tempo.
The only branch of the bank in Brazil that I see opening at 10 am, actually starting to answer at 11 am. Few employees, slowness in solving customer problems and lack of effort in providing good service. Arriving the occurrence of people standing in line to enter for more than 1hr of time.
