★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim. embora os funcionários sejam atenciosos, a resolutividade é baixa, recebemos informações incompletas e só hoje levei 5 horas dentro da agencia entrando no atendimento pessoal e retornando ao caixa eletrônico. Já foi muito bom, mas ultimamente só desapontamento. e mais, se ligamos procurando uma informação o responsável por nossa conta nunca pode atender, deixamos recados com telefone através da telefonista e não nos retornam. Mas se estivermos devendo, estourar 50 reais no vermelho, rapidamente nos ligam. Muito triste, desapontamento total.
Bad. although the staff are attentive, the resolution is low, we received incomplete information and it only took me 5 hours inside the agency today to enter personal service and return to the ATM. It was already very good, but lately only disappointment. and more, if we call looking for information the person responsible for our account can never answer, we leave messages with telephone through the operator and do not return. But if we owe, blow 50 reais in the red, quickly call us. Very sad, total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como é o único na cidade o atendimento pode ser meio lento, mas pelo que experienciei até hoje o atendimento é bom e estavam prontos a resolver meu problema. Ambiente agradável e bem cuidado. Gostei de ter aberto conta lá.
As it is the only one in the city the service can be a little slow, but from what I have experienced so far the service is good and they were ready to solve my problem. Nice and well maintained environment. I liked having opened an account there.
