Como em qualquer outra empresa tem as suas vantagens e desvantagens, a agência nos horários de pico, os atendimentos ficam demorados, algumas peculiaridades com os agentes de segurança, mas nada que degrida a agência.

Também me chegaram o cartão consignado do INSS. O moço que me atendeu no cartão mal educado.
Tive que fazer o cartão no Itaú ótimo atendimento
I was terrible from nine when the bank closed to transfer my retirement, the girl did everything, in the end she remains in the same bank as before.
The INSS payroll card also arrived. The guy who answered my card was rude.
I had to get the card at Itaú, great service

E outro atendEnte nao atendende os que está esperando pq ficar o tempo todo tirando dúvidas de outras pessoas que chegar muito depois que a gente o que acontece so toma o tempo de outros
