If you need to go to Banco do Brasil, do not expect service with less than 2 hours of waiting. Very few attendants working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao entrar na agência parece um formigueiro humano de tanta gente lá, sendo que a maioria dos caixas eletrônicos nunca funciona e dentro da agência a Internet do banco vive saindo do ar deixando o cliente sem resolver o problema deles.
Upon entering the branch, it looks like a human anthill of so many people there, and most ATMs never work and inside the branch the bank's Internet keeps coming out of the air leaving the customer without solving their problem.
