★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você pretende ir nesta agência e possui algum limite físico, sinto dizer que tem que reservar uma tarde inteira, devido o acesso limitado aos deficientes. Outro problema são os funcionários desde os caixas, aos gerentes, que trata os clientes como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Tem um fluxo alto de pessoas então dependendo do horário tu pode encontrar o ambiente sujo. Faço, infelizmente, constantemente transações no BB e nunca vi um(a) funcionário da área de limpeza dando alguma manutenção, e agradeço de nunca ter precisado usar o banheiro.
