★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moça tire uma dúvida fiz meu cartão e na hora de escolher se eu queria conta digital eu apertei em concluir aí foi pra uma tela falando do ourocard baixar aplicativo ou concluir eu apertei em baixar ele mesmo concluiu o meu cartão por apertei de novo pra ver se tava tudo certo e ele está dizendo que eu já tenho um cartão bb quer dizer que deu certo mais não está constando no meus cartão e nem em nada vocês resolver o problema

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total absurdo o atendimento dessa agência, eles põe um horário começam atender 10:30 da manhã quando é 11:00 só fica uma pessoa atendendo, tudo é hora marcada caramba. Se você vai abrir uma conta tem que marcar, se vai pegar um cartão tem que ter horário marcado
Se vocês começam atender 10:30 da manhã e 11h param pra almoço, imagina quem tá lá na fila desde cedo sente fome também não é ?
Vão pro inferno com esse péssimo atendimento ?

Totally absurd the service at this agency, they put a time they start to meet 10:30 in the morning when it's 11:00 there's only one person working, everything is by appointment dammit. If you're going to open an account, you have to make an appointment, if you're going to get a card, you have to have an appointment
If you start to meet at 10:30 in the morning and stop for lunch at 11 am, imagine whoever is in line early on is hungry too?
Go to hell with this bad service ?
