My only objection is the close access to the auto attendant (ATM). I do not understand why at 4 o'clock the ATM is inaccessible, with every shopping center in operation.

For those who need to use any service, be aware, as it closes everything, seals the doors at 4:00 pm, making it impossible to make withdrawals or other transactions at the terminals.

O atendimento também é agradável, a insatisfação fica por conta da demora para chamar as senhas, provavelmente culpa de algum engessamento do sistema utilizado. Também é desagradável ver que às vezes tem apenas um funcionário nas mesas e que mesmo com todas as cinco mesas ocupadas, apenas duas atendem as senhas.
It has helpful employees who do their best to streamline the least difficult matters and direct the most complex ones. The service is also pleasant, the dissatisfaction is due to the delay in calling the passwords, probably the fault of some plastering of the system used. It is also unpleasant to see that sometimes there is only one employee at the tables and that even with all five tables occupied, only two answer passwords.

Péssimo, isso pq estava com um pessoa preferência e nem a senha certa souberam distribuir, pois teve pessoas que chegaram depois e foi atendidos na frente
