★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui poucas vezes ao local pois estava sempre muito lotado, o que ao meu ver é descaso do banco com a demanda de clientes, após a solução PIX e a facilidade dos aplicativos, nunca mais fui.

Desde o início da pandemia,que as agências do BB em Natal vem massacrando os clientes,com filas enormes,e pra piorar,os horários de atendimento,que antes era das 9:00 da manhã, às 15:00hs da tarde, agora, só abrem as 10:00hs, causando agromeração,filas enormes do lado externo das agências,e as 14:00hs, já entregam umas fichas,e encerram o atendimento,isso é um verdadeiro descaso com a população potiguar.
E o mistério público não fazem nada pra melhorar a vida dos cidadãos do RN.
Precisamos de atenção e respeito.
Estou pensando seriamente em tirar meu pagamento desse banco.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, the BB branches in Natal have been massacring customers, with huge queues, and to make matters worse, the opening hours, which used to be from 9:00 am, to 3:00 pm, now, they only open at 10:00 am, causing agglomeration, huge queues on the outside of the branches, and at 2:00 pm, they already hand out some files, and close the service, this is a real disregard for the people of Rio Grande do Norte.
And the public mystery does nothing to improve the lives of citizens of RN.
We need attention and respect.
I am seriously considering taking my payment from that bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no início do expediente, e so vim ser atendido quase no final. Foram quase 5 horas de espera para poder ser atendido. Isso é ridículo. E olha que so fui acompnhar minha vó que era preferencial.
I arrived at the beginning of the shift, and I only came to be attended towards the end. There were almost 5 hours of waiting to be served. This is ridiculous. And look, I just went with my grandmother, who was preferred.

Cheguei era 10:00 a fila enorme, quando deu 13:00 nem se quer tinha entrado na agência ainda acabei indo embora palhaçada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olhe um verdadeiro descaso com o cliente . Você só é bem atendido se for fazer empréstimo caso contrário é tratado igual bicho no meio do sol. Fui apenas duas vezes com minha avó ninguém explica nada direito se chegar de 10:00 não tem mais ficha minha vó tem 72 anos e eu estou grávida ficamos no meio do sol aguardando uma resposta mais de horas quando souberam que era pra ver contratação de empréstimo atenderam na mesma hora . Agora alguns meses depois estou tentando entrar em contato pois ela precisa fazer prova de vida e nenhuma agência do banco do Brasil atende o telefone pelo amor de Deus . Se atendessem concerteza muita gente não teria dor de cabeça de ir aí só ser feito de besta !

I went only twice with my grandmother, nobody explains anything properly if it arrives at 10:00 am there is no more file my grandmother is 72 years old and I am pregnant we stayed in the middle of the sun waiting for an answer more than hours when they found out that it was supposed to take out a loan answered at the same time. Now a few months later I'm trying to get in touch because she needs to do proof of life and no branch of the bank of Brazil answers the phone for God's sake. If they answered, surely a lot of people wouldn't have a headache to go there just to be made a fool!
