★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui para gerar um boleto e para desbloquear minha senha de 8 dígitos que o app pede para habilitar outro celular para que eu possa ver minha faturas, más fui impedida pelo atendente que só gerou o boleto, pedi para desbloquear a senha e ele insistiu em dizer que não precisava e que eu tinha que baixar outro app, porém esse app pede que eu leve o celular para habilitar no banco e eu não levei e também pede que eu desbloqueie a senha de 8 dígitos que o "profissional" insistiu em falar que não era útil.
 Today I went to generate a ticket and to unlock my 8-digit password that the app asks to enable another cell phone so I can see my invoices, but I was prevented by the attendant who only generated the ticket, I asked to unlock the password and he insisted on say that I didn't need it and that I had to download another app, but this app asks me to take the cell phone to enable it at the bank and I didn't and it also asks me to unlock the 8-digit password that the "professional" insisted on saying that it was not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humilhante!!! Eu com uma criança no colo, esperando chamarem minha senha, mas de 1 hr, meu filho estressado, desistir e não fui chamada. Desrespeito, nunca mas volto nesse lugar.
Humiliating!!! Me with a child on my lap, waiting for my password to be called, but 1 hr, my son stressed, gave up and I was not called. Disrespect, I will never go back to this place.
