★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O banco, na minha opinião, é o melhor entre as opções que temos aqui na cidade. As 5 estrelas representam mais minha satisfação com o uso dos serviços via Internet e app, já que não preciso ir ao banco, exceto pra realizar operações de saque, depósito ou resolver problemas que necessitam da presença do cliente. Sobre os atendimentos presenciais, esses continuam a gerar dores de cabeça quando se é preciso ir à agência.
The bank, in my opinion, is the best among the options we have here in the city. The 5 stars represent more my satisfaction with the use of services via Internet and app, since I don't need to go to the bank, except to carry out withdrawal, deposit operations or solve problems that require the presence of the customer. Regarding face-to-face assistance, these continue to generate headaches when it is necessary to go to the agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geralmente nosso problema é resolvido quando levamos ao Banco do Brasil de Patos, no entanto o atendimento poderia ser mais ágil. Geralmente a maioria dos guichês fica vazio, com apenas 2 ou 3 funcionários atendendo uma grande quantidade de pessoas. Quando algum atendimento é mais demorado, as pessoas esperam até 1 hora para chegar na sua vez, o que supera a razoabilidade. Ainda bem que o aplicativo do BB permite que o cliente só precise ir a agência física quando estritamente necessário.
Usually our problem is solved when we take it to Banco do Brasil de Patos, however the service could be more agile. Generally, most windows are empty, with only 2 or 3 employees serving a large number of people. When some service takes longer, people wait up to 1 hour to arrive on their turn, which exceeds reasonableness. Thankfully, the BB application allows the client to only need to go to the physical agency when strictly necessary.
