★ ★ ★ ★ ★ melhorou bastante, pelo menos ao meu ver. as coisas mais simples consigo resolver pela internet ou no caixa eletrônico. o banco em si simplificou muita coisa. os atendimentos lá em cima são beeeem demorados, mas como não preciso ir lá com frequência não me abala mais. então é uma boa agência, fica aberta em horários bons e o atendimento é razoável e urbanizado. (:
improved a lot, at least in my view. the simplest things I can solve over the internet or at the ATM. the bank itself simplified a lot. the appointments up there are sooo long, but as I don't need to go there often, it doesn't affect me anymore. so it's a good agency, it's open at good times and the service is reasonable and urbanized. (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como dar uma menor nota eu daria! Fui ao referido banco buscar um cartão. Cheguei umas 9 horas da manhã e sai 13 horas, absurdo! 4 horas para simplesmente pegar um cartão! Parece brincadeira, mas é pura verdade.
If I could give a lower grade I would! I went to that bank to get a card. I arrived around 9 am and left at 1 pm, absurd! 4 hours to simply pick up a card! It sounds like a joke, but it's absolutely true.
