★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 horas e 30 min, em pé em um fila com vários idosos, sendo que deste tempo pelo menos 1 hora e meia foi no sol quente esperando por atendimento. Isso tudo pra evitarmos aglomeração dentro da agência, enquanto todo mundo tava aglomerado no sol.?
