★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço amplo e confortável. A agência consegue resolver tranquilamente até demandas mais complexas, tendo em vista os seus funcionários bem qualificados. Têm muitos caixas eletrônicos disponíveis (normalmente, a maioria tem cédulas em horários de pico). Tem também uma boa equipe de segurança. O atendimento é rápido e eficiente (exceto em alguns dias/horários específicos, quando tem pagamento, mesmo assim ainda é "suportável"). Para operações no caixa físico, demora um pouco mais, porém é aceitável, já que a maioria das operações podem ser feitas num terminal eletrônico, no Internet Banking ou no aplicativo. A sugestação fica no sistema dos caixas eletrônicos, que é um pouco falho e complicado, mas nada que inviabilize o uso.
Ample and comfortable space. The agency can quietly solve even more complex demands, in view of its well-qualified staff. There are many ATMs available (most of them have bills at peak times). It also has a good security team. The service is fast and efficient (except on certain days / specific times, when it has payment, even though it is still "bearable"). For operations in the physical box, it takes a little longer, but is acceptable since most operations can be done in an electronic terminal, Internet Banking, or in the application. The suggestion is in the ATM system, which is a bit flawed and complicated, but nothing that makes the use unfeasible.
