Se negaram a dar a mim e uma amiga o comprovante de horário de atendimento alegando já ter "fechado o sistema" que deveríamos ter informado antes de dar início ao atendimento, que queríamos o comprovante, como se fosse nossa obrigação saber em que momento pedir, e não a deles perguntar. Curioso que o comprovante da pessoa atendida anteriormente estava em cima do balcão e a pessoa nem tinha pedido.

They refused to give me and a friend the proof of service hours, claiming to have already "closed the system" that we should have informed before starting the service, that we wanted the proof, as if it were our obligation to know when to ask, and not theirs to ask. Curious that the receipt of the person served earlier was on the counter and the person had not even asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são simpáticos, mas a política de funcionamento da instituição é péssima, descaso total ao cliente!!! São horas de espera para resolver qualquer coisa, ainda que de fácil solução, até para pegar uma simples senha são horas de fila. Não recomendo!!
The staff are friendly, but the institution's operating policy is terrible, total disregard for the customer!!! There are hours of waiting to solve anything, even if it is an easy solution, even to get a simple password are hours of queue. I do not recommend!!
