★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todos os bancos dessa marca, o atendimento é péssimo. Atendentes antigos, por serem concursados, se acham os deuses e podem fazer e tratar os clientes de acordo com o humor do momento. Fizeram minha avó com 77 anos com câncer em estado terminal, voltar pra casa por causa de um CPF, sendo que o mesmo já consta no RG e por lei, é válido. Mas não foi só um caso como esse, muitas pessoas leigas, são abusadas moralmente por falta de sabedoria.
Like all banks of this brand, the service sucks. Ancient attendants, for being insolvent, find the gods and can make and treat clients according to the mood of the moment. They made my 77-year-old grandmother with terminal cancer, return home because of a CPF, which is already in the RG and by law, is valid. But it was not just a case like this, many lay people are morally abused for lack of wisdom.
