★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cada vez que vou a este banco volto estressada. Espero, em média, 3 a 4 horas para ser atendida. Ridículo isso. Burocrático, lento e péssimo! Alguns funcionários são até atenciosos, mas outros parece que não querem resolver o problema do cliente e não fazem questão alguma de ajudar. Já fiz portabilidade para outro banco porque não aceito perder 4h do meu dia esperando em uma fila e às vezes sair sem resolver o problema.
Este banco tem que evoluir, se digitalizar, avançar em tecnologia e melhorar o serviço ao cliente.
Não recomendo o Banpará para ninguém!!!
Every time I go to this bank I come back stressed. I wait, on average, 3 to 4 hours to be attended. Ridiculous that. Bureaucratic, slow and lousy! Some employees are even attentive, but others don't seem to want to solve the customer's problem and don't want to help. I've already done portability to another bank because I don't accept to lose 4 hours of my day waiting in line and sometimes leave without solving the problem.
This bank has to evolve, become digital, advance in technology and improve customer service.
I don't recommend Banpará to anyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O maior banco do Norte, porém, com péssimos funcionários e não é exclusividade desta unidade. Ainda assim um ótimo banco com uma forte presença no estado. Tem capacidade de ser um dos maiores do país.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesta agência por 2 vezes ,e fui muito bem atendida.Inclusive da última vez o rapaz q me atendeu me ajudou bastante, tirou minhas dúvidas. Consegui resolver meu problema. As 4 estrelas é por conta da demora e também por que a pessoa q fica na entrada dando senhas não sabe dá informações e não conhece os funcionários. Então tive q ir no boca a boca até chegar no atendimento q eu precisava.
I was in this agency for 2 times, and I was very well attended. Even the last time the guy who attended me helped me a lot, he took my doubts. I managed to solve my problem. The 4 stars is because of the delay and also because the person who is at the entrance giving passwords doesn't know how to give information and doesn't know the employees. So I had to go by word of mouth until I got the service I needed.
