Poor service, very slow system, only 1 box. More than 1h to be attended. The Northeast of Brazil, as always forgotten !!!

Poor service, the managers say that they cannot receive anything in the email and are still recommending other agencies, just so you don't give them any trouble.

Atendimento perssimo !!!! Funcionários atende muito mal e relaxada mente tanto no auto atendimento como no Caixa !!!!!
A pessoa passar mais de duas horas pra ser atendido !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrível todos os meses passo mais de 2 horas pra paga um boleto.. nesse mês de novembro bati o recorde passei 2 horas e 20 minutos um desrespeito .. uma agencia com apenas 2 caixas pra pagamento .. o banco e ótimo com otinas taxa de juros mais a agencia com 2 caixas e complicado
