★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só falta estacionamento para os usuários. Por agente de trânsito multado tá caindo das árvores. Banheiros se existem estão bem escondidos e sem nenhuma placa indicando. Bebedor de água também seria uma ótima ideia, por favor neh. O atendimento é muito bom. Embora não adianta chegar muito cedo. Parece que todos vão lá cedo. Eu fiz 02 testes. Um dia cheguei as 7:00 da manhã e ja tinha umas 20 pessoas na fila. Depois cheguei as 13:00 e tinha 3. Não entendi muito mas achei bem melhor. Detalhe eu fui utilizar o serviço do Detran/ Ciretran. Outras repartições eu não sei como funcionam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido e cortez no balcão, mas não há rapidez na obtenção de documentos, pelo menos no que diz respeito à renovação da da Carteira Nacional de Habilitação.
O pessoal é solícito e pronto a ajudar os usuários, mas a gente observa que os processos precisam que sejam ainda desburocatizados.Em nova visita, percebi uma melhora muito grande. Os processos parece que já estão sendo dominiados por todos e parece que tudo está funcionando bem e rápido.
O ambiente é amplo, organizado e limpo, mas precisaria de um bebedouro para os usuário.
Fast and courteous service at the counter, but there is no speed in obtaining documents, at least with regard to the renewal of the National Driver's License.
The staff is helpful and ready to help users, but we note that the processes need to be less bureaucratized. On a new visit, I noticed a huge improvement. The processes seem to be already dominated by everyone and it seems that everything is working well and fast.
The environment is large, organized and clean, but it would need a water cooler for users.
