★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que ligo tá ocupado, quando sou atendida a funcionária está no café, atendimento pessoal,diz que vai retornar, minha mãe quer saber o andamento do procedimento que está sendo feito a 15 dias ou mais, liguei no dia 14/02/2020 me disseram que estava aguardando o retorno do valor para pagamento,após dar os dados bancários é preocupante uma vez que lêem as mensagens pelo watssap e ignoram ou a resposta e uma mentira perguntei se trabalhavam hj sábado disseram que sim e simplesmente não trabalham segundo a informação do Google ou não me atendi o telefone chama até cair. Esse comentário está sendo feito por mim,pq eu respondo por ela quando se trata do assunto.
Whenever I call, it's busy, when I see the employee, she's at the cafe, personal assistance, says she'll be back, my mom wants to know the progress of the procedure that has been going on for 15 days or more, I called on 02/14/2020 me said they were waiting for the return of the payment amount, after giving the bank details it is worrying since they read the messages through the watssap and ignore the answer and a lie I asked if they worked today sat they said yes and they simply do not work according to the information Google or I did not answer the phone calls until I fall. This comment is being made by me, because I answer for it when it comes to the subject.
