★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje na agência e simplesmente fui embora sem atendimento.Uma fila vergonhosa na rua que dobrava a esquina.Serviço horrível desse banco,falta respeito com as pessoas que precisam .Já não sei qd vou voltar,pq aquela fila não tem como encarar.Falta de respeito ,idosos debaixo de sol,horas na fila.vergonha.
I went to the agency today and just left without assistance. A shameful line on the street around the corner. Horrible service from that bank, lack of respect for people who need it. I don't know when I'm going back, because that line can't face it. of respect, elderly people under the sun, hours in line. shame.

I DON'T HAVE WHAT TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE I WAS ALWAYS ON DAY AND ON TIME THAT IT WAS NOT PAYMENT TIME SO IT WAS QUICK FOR ME TO RESOLVE WHAT I NEEDED TO DO.
