★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento, sensação de ser um banco que acabou de iniciar atividades, só problemas. Gerentes e supervisores desligam o telefone na cara dos clientes alem de nunca resolverem problema algum ou ate mesmo se mostrarem seres vivos racionais(eu particularmente nunca conheci meu gerente pessoalmente)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abri a conta recentemente no banco e já estou achando péssimo o atendimento. Estou a mais de uma semana aguardando retorno da gerente que não atende o telefone, pois a central jogam para todos os lados, e por e-mail ainda só me respondeu 01 vez, nas demais, enviei vários que nunca tive retorno.
Vou pedir fechamento da conta por falta de capacidade de atender o cliente.
Banco considerado de pessoas com alto poder aquisitivo está deixando a desejar demais com essa falta de atendimento e compromisso com o cliente.
Arrependido de abrir a conta neste banco. Péssimo!
