★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom banco, bom atendimento, funciona no sistema ticket, a espera e de aproximadamente 30 minutos. Os caixas ficam no segundo andar, não tenho conta neste banco, mas sempre que tive que pagar boletos fui bem atendido.
Good bank, good service, works on the ticket system, the wait is approximately 30 minutes. The cashiers are on the second floor, I don't have an account at this bank, but whenever I had to pay slips I was well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que preciso contar com os serviço desta agência é sempre uma decepção, o atendimento é péssimo, demorado, e sempre saio pensando que resolvi meu problema mas todas as vezes descubro que nada foi resolvido, sempre me sinto como se estivesse sendo enrolada para que se livrem logo de mais um atendimento ao invés de prestar o serviço necessário, é uma verdadeira lástima
Every time I need to count on the services of this agency it is always a disappointment, the service is lousy, time consuming, and I always go out thinking that I solved my problem but every time I find that nothing has been solved, I always feel like I am being rolled over to to get rid of one more service instead of providing the necessary service, it’s a real pity

A gerente geral não atende o telefone, seus colaboradores não atende o telefone e os guardas da agencia mau educados ao extremo.
Estou desde o dia 07/04/021 querendo falar na agencia e não consigo.
Por favor diretoria Santander, somos tratados como um zero a esquerda em um banco que temos todas as nossas movimentações durante o ano.
Estou indignado com o atendimento e o descaso que eles fazem com a gente.

The general manager doesn't answer the phone, her employees don't answer the phone and the agency guards are badly polite to the extreme.
I have been wanting to speak at the agency since 07/04/021 and I can't.
Please Santander board, we are treated as a zero to the left in a bank that we have all our movements during the year.
I am outraged by the service and the neglect they make with us.

Depois que ele saiu, esse banco virou um lixo.
Ninguém atende o telefone (liguei mais de 50 vezes)
A fila para ser atendido com o gerente não anda, (demorei 1:50hr pra ser atendido)
Difícil viu.
Não recomendo passar nem aqui na frente.
