Só que a gerente Juliana pediu para liga se demorasse a chegar
Fui Surpreendido com a KAROL com a mal Educação dela. Vocês tem que rever seus colaboradores
Open a current account I bought a Getnet machine on the day 17 04 19 as the manager suggested to me but as the machine is delaying arriving I called the Santander agency and went very poorly served by KAROL she ignorantly told me to call Getnet.
Except that the manager Juliana asked for a call if she delayed arriving

Tenho uma rotina de trabalho muito corrida, mal tenho tempo de ir a agencia, sempre que necessito da ajuda dela, a mesma me atende super bem e com muita rapidez todas as minhas solicitações, sempre retorna minhas mensagens e ligações, sempre com cordialidade e disponibilidade.

Nunca fui tão mal atendida em um banco, como fui no Santander dia 30/12, por volta de 12h...
E o pior pela gerente!
Tinha que abrir uma conta salário, que no qual o documento que eu portava, para ela era inadequado para abertura. (A minha impressão foi parcialmente cortada no final da página, cortando parte do timbre da empresa)
Ok, mas ela não foi solícita o suficiente para explicar o que era adequado. Eu me ofereci a imprimir novamente a folha, para dar certo a abertura da conta.
Mas ela foi extremamente ríspido em dizer: Essa declaração eu não aceito!!!
Achei estranho, entrei em contato com a minha empresa e o RH achou estranho ja que este documento é padrão utilizado para os funcionários novos para abrir conta.
Resolvi ir em outra agência (shopping Aldeota), assim que sai desta... Imprimi o mesmo arquivo, agora sem cortes na impressão, e simplesmente deu tudo certo.
Ou seja, foi apenas MÁ VONTADE da gerência.
Como é que da vontade de ter conta em um banco desses?
Na outra agência fui bem recepcionada pela gerente e atendente.
As pessoas tem que cumprir as funções que se propõe, não custa nada em desempenhar o seu trabalho.
Era dia 30/12, último dia de expediente bancário, naquele horário estava muito tranquilo o movimento.
Sabe o dia que vou voltar a esta agência? NUNCA!

I decided to go to another agency (Aldeota mall), as soon as I left this one ... I printed the same file, now without cuts in the printing, and it just went well.
In other words, it was just BAD WILL of the management.
How do you want to have a bank account like that?
At the other agency I was welcomed by the manager and attendant.
People have to fulfill the functions that are proposed, it costs nothing to do their job.
It was 12/30, the last day of banking hours, at that time the movement was very quiet.
Do you know the day I will return to this agency? NEVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA FOI TAO DIFICIL FALAR COM UM ATENDENTE.. SO EM ESTE BANCO... PENSANDO SERIAMENTE EM CANCELAR CONTA E IR PARA OUTRO BANCO. UMA PENA.. MAS QUEE RAIVA PELO AMOR DE DEUS.... MAIS DE 3000 OPÇOES EM ESSE ATENDIMENTO, NENHUM TE LEVA A FALAR COM ATENDENTE. TERRIVEL.
IT HAS NEVER BEEN SO DIFFICULT TO SPEAK TO AN ATTENDANT.. ONLY AT THIS BANK... SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT CANCELING ACCOUNT AND GOING TO ANOTHER BANK. A Pity.. BUT IT'S ANGER FOR GOD'S SAKE.... MORE THAN 3000 OPTIONS IN THIS SERVICE, NONE LEADS YOU TO TALK TO A RETAILER. TERRIBLE.
