★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tem vaga no estacionamento porque o banco não o fiscaliza direito. Pessoas que não vão ao banco deixam o carro no estacionamento.
O atendimento demora muito porque normalmente só tem uma pessoa pra atender todo mundo na gerência. Esteja preparado para ficar no mínimo 1h esperando só para ser atendido se tiver alguém na sua frente.

Péssima primeira impressão!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, gerente pessoa jurídica, soberba, indiferente, esnobe e mal educada, funcionários sem mascara ate o gerente geral que ficou horas com mocinha dentro da sala e clientes idosos esperando atendimento, tenho fotos, um horror nao quero minha empresa, nem meu dinheiro sob esta gerencia

Fui para fazer um depósito no caixa eletrônico e o local para manusear os valores para colocar no envelope fica no vidro de frente para rua e tem total vista para quem passar, assim como não tem segurança alguma para quem está nesse procedimento, para melhorar os caixas eletrônicos sempre estão com a opção depósito inativa sem outra alternativa para efetivar o depósito, pois a agência não dispõe mais de caixas convencionais... Resultado, fui para fazer um depósito de valor alto, não consegui fazer e tive que sair da agência correndo o risco de ser assaltado.
