Os dias de pico entre 03 e 15 e dia 20 São bem complicados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por parte da gerência com péssima postura. Totalmente inadequada. Ao minha esposa contestar valores das taxas de manutenção da conta corrente foi grosseira e indelicada. Resultado: abrimos a conta corrente no banco Inter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço de tudo pra não ter que precisar entrar dentro da agência. Tem apenas uma funcionária que trabalha no caixa que é uma gracinha, super atenciosa… inclusive, é a única. Falta funcionários pra atender no caixa, por isso demora tanto o atendimento. É uma agência que precisa urgentemente ser revisada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Gerente finge que não vê os problemas pq está acompanhando o grupo de whatsapp. Pior agência do Santander. Aqui ninguém faz nada. 1h pra ser atendido sendo que só haviam 3 pessoas na minha frente. Tudo mão quebrada pra trabalhar. E ainda por cima, os atendimentos da gerência, nas mesas são totalmente indiscretos. Vc consegue ouvir toda a conversa com o cliente... Horrível.
Horrible service. Manager pretends he doesn't see the problems because he's following the whatsapp group. Santander's worst branch. Here nobody does anything. 1 hour to be attended since there were only 3 people in front of me. All hand broken to work. And on top of that, the management services at the tables are totally indiscreet. You can hear the entire conversation with the customer... Horrible.
