★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam aumentar o número de caixas e funcionários atendendo já que sabem.ter uma grande demanda de clientes muitos idosos e ainda por cima os clientes van Gogh que passam na sua frente isso é injusto quando se é cliente da mesma forma deveria ter uma agência só para van Gogh para n prejudicar as pessoas físicas que as vezes vão resolver problemas relacionados a conta que é muito problemática obriga vc ir na agência sempre , fora as pessoas que não sabem pagar uma conta em uma lotérica ou aplicativo tem q ir na agência muita burrice em pleno 2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! A fila enorme, falta de organização. Uma fila só pra o mesmo atendimento. Apenas um caixa em atendimento. Mês passado passei por este mesmo problema na agência do centro. Infelizmente depois que a gente reclama é que buscam resolver a situação. Revejam a forma de abordagem na fila, muitas pessoas estão insatisfeitas. Não adianta divulgar na TV e redes sociais o melhor banco, "o que o Santander pode fazer por vc hoje" se na prática não é assim! Muito insatisfeita com a gestão desse banco.
Terrible attendance! The huge line, lack of organization. A queue just for the same service. Only one cashier in attendance. Last month I went through this same problem at the center's agency. Unfortunately, after we complain, they try to resolve the situation. Review the way to approach the queue, many people are dissatisfied. It's no use promoting the best bank on TV and social networks, "what Santander can do for you today" if in practice it's not like that! Very dissatisfied with the management of this bank.

I don't recommend it for any human being. Terrible attendance. Grupo Santander Aimore financing. Not to mention customer fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Todos os dias filas enormes e eles deixam só 1 pessoa no caixa. E pra piorar nao sei se é uma pessoa ou uma tartaruga q fica no caixa. A cada 30 min chamam uma pessoa. Fora o fato de deixarem todo mundo do lado de fora esperando, sem nem cadeira pra sentar. Se puderem, fujam dessa agência, descaso total com o cliente

Horrible service. As the other guy said, run away from this agency. They serve you as if they are doing you a favor. Bunch of employee accommodated. Even the manager doesn't know how to answer.

Sempre muito tempo de espera (cerca de 3 horas para um simples atendimento de caixa) e não tem cadeira para espera suficiente. Além do sistema que está sempre “fora do ar”. O Santander em si tem um atendimento legal, mas essa agência me fez deixar de ser cliente.
