★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência HORRÍVEL, acredito que seja a pior agência a qual me dirigi em 4 anos. Estrutura péssima, serviço horrível, falta funcionário, falta suporte, atendimento lento, não há qualidade em nenhum aspecto nessa agência. Totalmente, diferente das demais agências Santander. Já estive na mesma três vezes, nenhuma das vezes consegui atendimento. Não indico está agência em hipótese alguma!
 HORRIBLE experience, I believe it is the worst agency that I went to in 4 years. Terrible structure, horrible service, lack of staff, lack of support, slow service, there is no quality in any aspect at this agency. Totally different from other Santander branches. I have been to it three times, none of the times I got a service. I do not indicate this agency under any circumstances!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair da agência com a sensação de que não sou visto como um cliente pelo Banco. Uma funcionária desagradável me questionou por me direcionar ao caixa que estava realizando saque. Sua alegação era de que tinha uma fila e que eu devia ir pra ela, entretanto a fila em que a mesmo mencionou estava direcionada para outro caixa que estava realizando depósitos, já que o caixa em que eu estava não estava funcionando para saque.
Foi necessário o pessoa da fila dizer que eu poderia sim fazer o saque. Em resumo, uma funcionária de péssima Comunicação e pouca, se não nenhuma, educação, empatia e bom senso.
I just left the agency with the feeling that I am not seen as a customer by the Bank. An unpleasant employee questioned me for directing me to the cashier who was withdrawing. Her claim was that she had a line and that I should go to her, however the line she mentioned was directed to another cashier who was making deposits, since the cashier I was in was not working for withdrawal.
It was necessary for the people in line to say that I could do the withdrawal. In short, a poor Communication employee and little, if any, education, empathy, and common sense.

It's impressive! I don't even know what they advertise a phone number for on Google! They don't answer the phone at all. The client has to go to the agency to solve what could be solved over the phone!

I do not recommend this Santander branch to anyone! Terrible service and they still give the wrong information. We went to another Santander branch and we managed to solve everything right
