2 hrs na fila com minha esposa gestante e nada de atendimento, aqui só atende rápido quem tem gente dentro do banco o restante que se lasque pra esperar a boa vontade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dou uma estrela porque não permite dar zero ao fazer um comentário, única agencia desta Cidade não é justificativa para péssimo atendimento quem falha nisto é culpa de um mal gerente, não tem outro motivo, pois um bom gerente já teria visto que o serviço é de baixa qualidade, demora para atender, as pessoas ficam numa fila do lado de fora esperando a boa vontade de aparecer alguém para dar informação, digo horas pois é fato fui 03 vezes nela e não resolvi nada que precisava, fora que agora o "gênio" do gerente agenda biometria, isto é o cumulo da burrice, pois a pessoa já esta lá enfrentou fila e vai ter que voltar o mesmo constrangimento depois de semanas, uma coisa que resolve em segundos, fora que parece que esquecem que um banco é feito de clientes e para os clientes e não ao contrário, assim recomendo quem tiver conta neste banco que feche e procure outro porque se der um problema de bloqueio no seu cartão é uma novela para poder resolver e quando resolvem.
