Service doesn't exist, customer turns around, electronic mailbox super slow, most of the time they don't have money, terrible, the only thing that's in days is the discount of abusive rates...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O banco em si é muito bom! O atendimento é excelente na gerência! São super cordiais e competentes. A única coisa ruim é a desorganização quanto às filas para atendimento e a pequena quantidade de caixas eletrônico.
The seat itself is really nice! The service is excellent in the management! They are super friendly and competent. The only bad thing is the disorganization regarding the service lines and the small number of ATMs.

Location well located but with few ATMs and a little disorganized in relation to the lines inside the branch and ATMs, in addition to a very long waiting time to use one of the three available.
