★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro irei justificar as 3 estrelas, não é pela equipe do banco, agência, atendimento.... e sim que abrem uma agencia e na própria página do Sandanter não tem telefone para contato....somente da central.
Quero contratar alguns serviços e pra este gostaria de obter maiores informações antes de se dirigir a agência.
Partiu CEF que atendeu e foi mais ágil.
First I will justify the 3 stars, it is not for the bank staff, branch, service .... but open a branch and Sandanter's own page has no contact phone .... only the central.
I want to hire some services and for this I would like to get more information before going to the agency.
It left CEF that answered and was more agile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atualmente não estão atendendo pessoalmente, mesmo tendo funcionários no Banco. Tentei fazer um cancelamento de conta corrente e não consegui, o atendimento via telefone (4004 ...), não facilita e não automatiza nenhum serviço relacionado aos cancelamento (o que era esperado). Vou tentar mais um contato, depois vou procurar o PROCON.
Currently they are not meeting in person, even though officials in the Bank. I tried a cancellation current account and could not, the service via phone (4004 ...), not easy and does not automate any service related to the cancellation (which was expected). I will try another contact, then I will look for PROCON.
