★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa é a pior agência do Santander que ja tive o infortúnio de precisar utilizar. Eu não sei nem porque continua aberta se os ATMs nunca funcionam direito, os leitores de biometria sempre estão com problema e pra atendimento com funcionário você pode esperar a sua vida toda que mal tem gente pra atender. Não sabe prestar serviços bancarios, fecha e abre uma lanchonete no lugar que a região seria mais bem atendida.
This is the worst branch of Santander I've ever had the misfortune to use. I don't even know why it's still open if ATMs never work well, biometrics readers are always in trouble, and for employee service you can expect your whole life that there are hardly any people left to attend. Unable to provide banking services, closes and opens a cafeteria in the place that the region would be best served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, além de não atenderem nenhuma ligação e muito menos retornarem por e-mail, estão há mais de duas semanas me enrolando para apresentarem estornos ALTÍSSIMOS. Aguardo retorno da gerente Mariane Alves que me ligou, me chamou pelo whatsapp e quando solicitei estornos, ela simplesmente BLOQUEOU MEU NÚMERO NO WHATSAPP. Descaso e falta de respeito.
Terrible service, in addition to not answering any calls, much less returning by e-mail, they've been stalling me for more than two weeks to submit HIGH chargebacks. I'm waiting for a return from the manager Mariane Alves who called me, called me through whatsapp and when I asked for refunds, she simply LOCKED MY NUMBER ON WHATSAPP. Disregard and lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando contato com a agência faz 2 semanas, registrei uma reclamação na ouvidoria e foi o mesmo que nada já que o gerente nem me ligar ou mandar uma mensagem no WhatsApp fez. Irei registrar uma manifestação no Banco Central e fechar minha conta nesse banco inútil que não presta nenhum atendimento atencioso aos seus clientes.
I've been trying to contact the agency for 2 weeks, I filed a complaint with the ombudsman and it was the same as nothing since the manager didn't even call me or send a message on WhatsApp. I will register a manifestation with the Central Bank and close my account at this useless bank that does not provide any attentive service to its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou frustrada com a prestação de serviços dos colaboradores desta agência, principalmente a senhora Natália gerente de contas, acabamos de abrir uma conta jurídica, estamos com milhares de dúvidas, com o procedimento de implantação do boleto parado, pois, a senhora Natália não atende as nossas ligações, não responde e-mails e nem WhatsApp. Péssima profissional, ela é o descaso e desrespeito em pessoa. De fato a mesma não tem o mínimo de cuidado e empatia com os seus clientes. E pra ajudar o gerente geral está férias, conclusão nada resolvido. Nota 0 pra vcs.
I'm frustrated with the provision of services by the employees of this agency, especially Ms. Natália account manager, we have just opened a legal account, we have thousands of doubts, with the payment slip implantation procedure stopped, because Ms. Natália does not attend to the our calls, does not respond to emails or WhatsApp. Terrible professional, she is the indifference and disrespect in person.
