★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Ninguém atende o telefone. Fiquei semanas tentando e quando consegui desligaram na minha cara. Estou tentando ligar para não ter que ir na agência que é outro suplício horas esperando pra ser atendido . Sou idosa e não quero me expor nesse período de pandemia mas estou sendo obrigada a isso por conta do mal atendimento do banco. Eu sou cliente Van Gogh e tenho esse tratamento imagine quem não é. .. Não recomendo o Santander pra ninguém
Terrible. No one answer the phone. I spent weeks trying and when I did they hung up on me. I'm trying to call so I don't have to go to the agency, which is another ordeal for hours waiting to be attended. I am elderly and I do not want to expose myself during this pandemic period, but I am being forced to do so because of the poor service provided by the bank. I am a Van Gogh client and I have this treatment, imagine who is not. .. I don't recommend Santander to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco pequeno, apertado, só anda cheio, atendimento demorado, estacionamento minúsculo. Infelizmente não tem o que dizer sobre benefícios. Tem muito que melhorar. Deveriam procurar outro espaço, pois um banco para atender muitas pessoas já mais deveria se encontrar nessas estruturas. Para quem está quando ir em algum banco dessa unidade, evitem ir para esse, e melhor ir para outro bairro. Se não terá só estresse.
