★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre evito vir nesta agência, nunca vi um banco tratar tão mal seus correntistas. Parecem que estão te fazendo um favor... Logo na entrada você passa a primeira raiva, os seguranças são extremamente mal educados. A sensação é que são orientados a te fazer desistir de entrar. Só não tirei as calças... Mas até a bolsa tive que deixar em um armário! No mínimo falta de bom senso. Eu estava usando uma bolsa com alças de
correntes. Será que é muito difícil identificar onde esta o metal?
Depois vem um funcionário pra você explicar o que quer na agência. Mesmo eu afirmando que o gerente X já está me esperando... um absurdo!
I always avoid coming to this branch, I have never seen a bank treat their account holders so badly. They seem like they're doing you a favor... Right at the entrance you get the first anger, the security guards are extremely rude. The feeling is that they are guided to make you give up on entering. I just didn't take off my pants... But even the bag I had to leave in a closet! At the very least, lack of common sense. I was wearing a bag with straps.
