Atendimento péssimo, desorganizado, seguranças abusados e sem educação. Demora em filas quilométricas.
O sentimento que temos em ir nesse banco é que estamos implorando por um favor, quando na verdade é por na causa que ele ainda está aberto!

Terrible service, disorganized, abused and uneducated security guards. Delay in mile lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A agência e boa porém demora muito para ser atendido deveria colocar mais profissionais qualificados e atendimento expresso ter mais gente para orientar as pessoas na agência porque quando eu fui lá eu fiquei lá mais ou menos umas duas horas só para entrar na agência e você fica na fila observando os próprios segurança do local sendo desrespeitando os outros clientes se não tem paciência para para explicar as coisas simples para um cliente não oucupe o lugar de outro que teria e sem falar nas funcionárias (femininas) ficam desfilando de um lado para outro achando que e um desfile de moda e quando você vai falar com elas elas ficam falando que está sem tempo mais tempo pra fica conversando com as amiguinhas da agência tem tempo então tenha bom senso e atenda os clientes bem do msm jeito que você iria querer ser atendida bem fui atendido por um rapaz jovem que inclusive trabalha muito bem me deu todo suporte que eu precisava e me explicou tudo inclusive eu esqueci o nome dele mais na próxima vez que eu for lá e ver ele irie pergunta o nome dele e irei postar aqui o nome dele parabenizando ele para as pessoas possam se inspirar nele e atender os outros bem bem e isso
The agency is good, but it takes a long time to be served, it should put more qualified professionals and express service, have more people to guide people at the agency because when I went there I stayed there for about two hours just to enter the agency and you stay at the queue watching the security of the place being disrespecting other customers if you don't have the patience to explain simple things to a customer don't take the place of another you would have and not to mention the employees (female) are parading from one side to the other thinking that and a fashion show and when you go talk to them they keep saying that you have no time any more time to chat with your little friends at the agency you have time so be sensible and serve the clients well the way you would want to be served well I was attended by a young man who even works very well, gave me all the support I needed and explained everything to me, including I forgot his name on the p. next time I go there and see him irie asks his name and I will post his name here congratulating him so people can be inspired by him and serve others well and that
