★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 01 de outubro pegaram 340 ,00 reais que eu havia deixado no caixa, porque eu não sabia do novo sistema, em que as notas menores seriam devolvidas e as maiores ficavam para o depósito, quando eu apertei cancelar a operação o dinheiro saiu e eu não vi, achei que todas as notas estavam em minhas mãos, já que haviam muitas notas de cinco e dois reais, o gerente puxou nas câmeras e viu que um homem pegou, porém ele negou que tenha pego as notas e o banco não quis me ressarcir, eu achei uma sacanagem já que eles mudam o sistema e não deixa a informação , muito menos alguém para auxiliar as pessoas.
 On October 1st, they took 340.00 reais that I had left at the cashier, because I didn't know about the new system, in which the smaller bills would be returned and the bigger ones would be deposited, when I pressed cancel the operation the money went out and I didn't see it, I thought all the notes were in my hands, since there were a lot of five and two reais, the manager pulled the cameras and saw that a man took it, but he denied that he took the notes and the bank didn't want to reimburse me, I thought it was a joke since they change the system and don't leave information, much less someone to help people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa agência é bem diferente da agência do centro, aqui os caixas eletrônicos funcionam, o atendimento é bom, e a agência é limpa, além dos gerentes pessoa física te atenderem bem, o que não acontece na agência do centro.
Esse deveria ser o padrão das agências desse banco, mas infelizmente agências com esse atendimento estão em extinção, pelo menos nessa instituição.

Tem um rapaz que sempre está disposto a ajudar!
Uma vez fui depositar um cheque e ele me ajudou, sem suspirar ou fazer careta e isto é raro hoje em dia!
O que eu acho engraçado é que sempre que vou depositar grana no caixa a mulher me oferece cartão, por mais que ela já me conheça, pois sempre estou lá, ela continua insistindo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, pessoal atencioso, o banco é bem limpo, porém quando você precisa passar nos caixas para atendimento com o funcionário, a espera demora muito, já cheguei a ficar mais de 3 horas dentro do banco lotado esperando.
The service is good, the staff are attentive, the bank is very clean, but when you need to go to the cashier for assistance with the employee, the wait takes a long time, I've been in the crowded bank for more than 3 hours waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deixa a desejar, mostra em alguns casos falta de treinamento dos mesmos. No geral como todo Banco trata os clientes como números, filas enormes e mal organizadas. Sem novidade !
