★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Não tem fila preferencial. É um amontoado de gente na fila. Idoso, mulheres com crianças de colo, todos no sol, esperando numa fila pra pegar senha pra atendimento. Um horror!
 Terrible. There is no preferential queue. It's a bunch of people in line. Elderly, women with infants, all in the sun, waiting in line to get a password for assistance. Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo,não existe respeito a prioridade, agência minúscula e ainda concentrar a maior parte do atendimento no térreo,os atendentes são extremamente impacientes principalmente com aqueles que mais precisam infelizmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu quero que todos funcionários deste banco entendam que eles só tem emprego por causa de nós que temos contas e fazemos pagamentos nesse banco, então deveriam ter mais respeito com os clientes, péssimo de tudo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pergunta que fazemos é, será que não existe uma equipe da empresa SANTANDER no Brasil que faça o acompanhamento das agencias não? sem dúvida se tiver e realmente tiverem compromisso com aqueles que mantem a instituição forte como ela é irão mudar funcionários, ou até a forma de trabalhar etc, não é possível que todos estejam equivocados na sua analise, realmente essa agencia de Camaragibe deixa a desejar em absolutamente quase tudo, a reprovação seria de 99% analisando friamente todos os requisitos do banco como um todo, lamentavel.
