★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho conta no santander a anos e posso dizer: essa agência é a pior, no meu caso sempre faço depósitos no caixa eletrônico, e sempre ocorre de demorar a cair na conta 2 a 3 três dias, ou então faltar dinheiro, esses a gerente me ligou dizendo que estava faltando 50 reais no meu depósito, segunda vez que acontece isso, e olha que confiro de 3 a 4 vezes. péssimo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atentendimto horrível estou sendo atentendido por uma gerente que começou meu atentendimto e não finalizou por falta de paciência voltei outra vez pra dentro da agência e falei com outro gerente ele me falou agora que aqui demora mesmo vou migra minha conta para o Bradesco pois não aguento mais todas as vezes fico de 2 até 4 horas para finalizar um atentendimto PÉSSIMO O ATENTENDIMTO DOS GERENTES DESTA AGÊNCIA.
Horrible service I'm being attended by a manager who started my service and didn't finish due to lack of patience. I went back inside the branch again and spoke to another manager. every time I take 2 to 4 hours to complete a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu nome e wender ,estive na agência hoje data 29/04/2022 no horário de 14:40 peguei minha senha gerência,motivo abertura de conta salário estava precisando abrir a conta,chegou minha vez sentei na cadeira e dei boa tarde a BRENDA funcionária ela disse do q vc precisa,eu pensei blz deve tá tendo um dia ruim,mas eu relatei oque precisava q era abrir uma conta salário ela pegou a via q a empresa me Deu e observou,depois me disse q não poderia abrir a conta pq estava sem o timbre da empresa na folha,desse modo eu falei mas tem o carimbo da empresa e assinatura ,ela falou não tem jeito,eu saí e voltei perguntei não tem jeito "mesmo " ela afirmou não, perguntei o nome dela e ela me disse que se chamava BRENDA,não acreditei nela e fui em outra agência onde conseguir abrir a conta com o mesmo papel q ela disse q não dava.final da história uma pessoa desqualificada.vou reclamar onde puder pois ela me atrapalhou muito com seu EGO..
My name is wender, I was at the agency today on 04/29/2022 at 2:40 pm I got my management password, reason to open an account salary I needed to open the account, it was my turn I sat in the chair and said good afternoon to the employee BRENDA she said what you need, I thought blz you must be having a bad day, but I reported what I needed to open a salary account she took the route that the company gave me and observed, then told me she couldn't open the account because it was without the company letterhead on the sheet, so I said it but it has the company stamp and signature, she said no way, I left and came back I asked no way "really" she said no, I asked her name and she told me her name was BRENDA, I didn't believe her and went to another agency where I could open the account with the same paper that she said she couldn't.
