Esse atendimento é revoltante poxa eu sou cliente a mais de 2 anos e a primeira vez que vou fazer uma pergunta ao um atendente vem com essa ignorância a onde tá o respeito para com os usuários do banco Santander...
Tem que resolver isso é humilhante para mim.

This service is revolting, I've been a customer for more than 2 years and the first time I ask an attendant a question comes with this ignorance and where is the respect for the users of the Santander bank...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixa a desejar. Não há funcionários que possam dar uma simples informação, tendo que pegar senha e aguardar horas para algo que uma pessoa na recepção resolveria. Um banco desse porte, com essa estrutura não tem um estacionamento disponível, as únicas 3 vagas que possuem são direcionada para o prioritário. Enfim, atendimento péssimo, só abrir a conta porque foi solicitação da empresa, infelizmente.
Falls short. There are no employees who can give simple information, having to get a password and wait hours for something that a person at the reception would solve. A bank of this size, with this structure, does not have parking available, the only 3 spaces they have are directed to priority. Anyway, terrible service, only opening the account because it was the company's request, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Precisei ir 2x na agência e nas duas um dos gerentes de atendimento foi estupidamente ignorante. A primeira vez foi dia 24/09 onde presenciei ele ser grosso com dois clientes e falou pra todo mundo ouvir. Na segunda vez, 07/10 voltei a presenciar a grosseria dele. Quando chegou minha vez ele nem tentou disfarçar a má vontade de responder e ainda soltou um "AFF, meu Deus...". Preciso saber o que uma pessoa que odeia atender está fazendo sentado na mesa de ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE. Me arrependo amargamente de ter feito a portabilidade pq sai de um banco onde sempre fui bem atendida pra ser tratada como lixo no Santander da Barão de maruim!
Horrible service. I had to go twice to the branch and both times one of the service managers was stupidly ignorant. The first time was on the 24/09 where I witnessed him being rude with two clients and he told everyone to hear. The second time, 07/10 I saw his rudeness again. When my turn came, he didn't even try to hide his unwillingness to answer and even let out an "AFF, my God...". I need to know what a person who hates answering is doing sitting at the CUSTOMER SERVICE table. I bitterly regret having done portability because I left a bank where I was always well attended to be treated like garbage at Santander da Barão de maruim!
