★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia horrivel, banco com péssimo atendimento, poucos funcionarios e também ninguém disposto a sancionar suas duvidas e problemas. Quando você chama atenção dos guardas eles te ignoram, assim como os engravatados que estão lá dentro no ar condicionado.
 Horrible experience, bank with bad service, few employees and also no one willing to sanction your doubts and problems. When you call the guards' attention they ignore you, as do the ties in the air conditioner.

Unfortunately my husband depends on that horrible bank to be able to receive money. Very weak service and when you can be served, they will not give you the complete information! Never come and open an account AND don't receive data from it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não explicam direito as coisas. Inclusive eu sendo grávida tive que sair ao banco do Brasil e fazer um saque na caixa, para logo ir de novo ao Santander e entregar o dinheiro para eles: tempo que ubiese economizado numha simple transferência.Ridículos.?
They don't explain things well. Even when I was pregnant I had to go to the bank of Brazil and make a withdrawal at the cashier, then go back to Santander and hand over the money to them: time that was saved in a simple transfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E uma brincadeira esse banco, 5 guichês de gerência e apenas 2 atendendo, você passa duas horas pra entrar na agência e mais duas horas pra conseguir contato com gerente e fora isso tudo, não tem nem ao menos um menor aprendiz pra dar informações do lado de fora da agência.
It's a joke, this bank, 5 management booths and only 2 working, you spend two hours to get into the branch and another two hours to get in touch with the manager and apart from that, there isn't even a minor apprentice to give information on the side from outside the agency.
