★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desculpa a expressão mas que banco da ''Desgraça'' nunca fui bem atendido neste lixo e ainda por cima quando voce precisa nao existe uma central pra te atender, que desserviço da ''Desgraça'' ta louco cara, so odio com esse banco, va tomar no cú tambem!!!
Sorry for the expression but that bank of the '' Disgrace '' I've never been well taken care of in this garbage and even more when you need there is no central to attend you, that disservice of the 'Disgrace' is crazy guy, just hate with this bank It's going to take a while !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, hoje por exemplo apenas uma gerente atendendo, e fui informada que o outro gerente estava realizando atividades internas, enquanto a agência enchia de cliente para apenas ser atendido por uma. Segunda vez q compareco a está agência e continuo insatisfeita. Outra usuária do serviço me informou q sempre é assim, demora e apenas um funcionário para atender as demandas.
Terrible experience, today for example just one attending manager, and was informed that the other manager was performing internal activities, as the agency was filling up with account to just be attended by one. Second time I'm in this agency and I'm still unsatisfied. Another user of the service informed me that it is always like this, delay and only an employee to meet the demands.

Só pode entender ao certo a roubada que é essa conta quando li em casa pela internet. Espero que o pessoal dos Santander resolvam !! Quero o cancelamento dessse pacote.
Bad ... feeling hurt, because I was not properly spent the expenses that I would have with the van gogh account. Just pushing services. You can only understand for certain the stolen account that is when I read it at home on the internet. I hope the Santander staff will solve it !! I want to cancel this package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na agência próximo a casa do comércio e estava muito cheio, tive ideia de ir nessa q se diz empresa e estava super vazia, o segurança foi muito educado me informando q talvez não precisaria eu pega senha, já q para abrir conta agora se faz pelo celular através de um link q eles mandam. Não foi pelo link, pq tava dando erro, mais o gerente também muito educado pediu para aguardar e abriu minha conta salário.levei uns 35min.
I was at the branch close to the trade house and it was very full, I had the idea of going to what is called a company and it was super empty, the security guard was very polite informing me that maybe I wouldn't need to get a password, since to open an account it is now done by cell phone through a link they send. It wasn't through the link, because it was giving me an error, but the manager was also very polite and asked to wait and opened my salary account. It took about 35 minutes.
