Vou explicar!!
Comprei um afinador e na hora que fui pegar a mercadoria pedi para fazer o teste para ver se o material estava funcionando, o mesmo não estava funcionando por conta que estava sem pilha, o rapaz do balcão avisou ao rapaz que me atendeu e avisou que estava sem pilha, o mesmo pegou outro e viu que todos estavam sem pilha, e gritou "Essa pilha e barato é R$2,00 reais" em toda minha vida que comprei todos vieram com pilha, detalhe simples, mas faz toda diferença, em fim a pilha eles colocaram uma usada (velha) e só custava R$2,00.
Sempre que fui nessa loja o atendimento sempre deixou a desejar.
As outras sempre me trataram super bem, a Banda precisa melhorar esse lado.. Muito Fraco e não volto nessa loja mais.

I bought a tuner and when I went to get the goods I asked to do the test to see if the material was working, it was not working because it was out of battery, the guy at the counter told the guy who answered and said he was without a battery, he took another one and saw that everyone was without a battery, and shouted "This battery and cheap is R $ 2.00 reais" in my whole life I bought it all came with a battery, simple detail, but it makes all the difference the battery they put a used one (old) and it only cost R $ 2.00.
Whenever I went to that store, the service always left something to be desired.
The others always treated me very well, the band needs to improve this side .. Very weak and I will not be back in that store anymore.
