★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localizado no coração do Itaim, ele possui pelo menos outras 10 hamburguerias concorrentes nas proximidades. Por esse motivo, ela precisaria de um diferencial, que infelizmente não possui.
O lugar estava completamente vazio num sábado a noite! E mesmo assim tivemos problemas de atendimento. Sabemos que imprevistos acontecem, mas eles não podiam servir nenhuma opção de entrada frita por problemas na cozinha. Uma lanchonete sem batata frita é imperdoável.
Os lanches são simples, mas não podemos dizer que são ruins. O ponto da carne estava certo, o pão brioche era gostoso e a maionese era bem temperada. Mas nada de mais. Tão gostoso quanto o hambúrguer que faço em casa.
O atendimento pecou bastante. Mesmo estando vazio, ficamos quase 10 minutos tentando pedir a conta. A casa tem apenas uma garçonete e mesmo com poucos clientes, isso atrapalha bastante.
Com dezenas de opções em volta, dificilmente voltaremos!

The place was completely empty on a Saturday night! And yet we had attendance problems. We know that unforeseen things happen, but they could not serve any options of fried entree for problems in the kitchen. A snack bar without fries is unforgivable.
Snacks are simple, but we can't say they are bad. The point of the meat was right, the brioche bread was tasty and the mayonnaise was well seasoned. But not too much. As tasty as the hamburger I make at home.
The service sinned a lot. Even being empty, we were almost 10 minutes trying to ask for the bill. The house has only one waitress and even with a few customers, this is very annoying.
With dozens of options around, we will hardly be back!
