Um processo extremamente simples para outras agencias, nessa não consegui em uma unica visita. Prometeram me ligar no dia seguinte para retornar e assinar uma solicitação, mas estou aguardando contato há 3 dias. Contato telefônico é impossível, não existe linha ativa... Em resumo, arrependimento total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR BANCO DA TERRA. Não falo simplesmente desta agência que é a mais próxima de onde estou, mas do banco como um todo. Tudo neste banco é feito para atrapalhar ao invés de ajudar. Burocrático, para tudo tem que ir na agência. Transferência com limite baixo, prometem que tudo dá para se resolver no app de celular, mas quando tentamos aumentar o limite de transferência (ou pagamento, ou qualquer coisa que seja) o app diz para confirmar a operação num caixa eletrônico. Chat com o gerente que levam horas para ser respondidas, mesmo que em horário comercial. Ligações (cobradas) que levam muito tempo para serem atendidas e não resolvem o problema. Infelizmente a empresa onde trabalho teve que nos migrar para este banco para recebermos nossos salários, o que é uma pena. Como tudo que tem contato com o governo brasileiro, não funciona, nos faz perder tempo, oportunidades e dinheiro. Perdi uma ótima cotação de câmbio pois não consegui transferir o dinheiro a tempo. Obrigado BB!
WORST BANK OF THE EARTH. I am not simply talking about this branch, which is the closest to where I am, but about the bank as a whole. Everything in this bank is done to hinder rather than help. Bureaucratic, everything has to go to the agency. Low limit transfers, promise that everything can be solved in the mobile app, but when we try to increase the transfer limit (or payment, or whatever) the app says to confirm the operation at an ATM. Chat with the manager that takes hours to be answered, even during business hours. (Charged) calls that take a long time to answer and do not solve the problem. Unfortunately the company where I work had to migrate to this bank to receive our salaries, which is a shame. Like everything that has contact with the Brazilian government, it doesn't work, it makes us lose time, opportunities and money. I lost a great exchange rate because I was unable to transfer the money on time. Thank you, baby!
