No dia 18/02 estive na agência e peguei a senha Atendimento Convencional . O horário de entrada foi 11h22 e só fui atendida às às 12h52. Ou seja, uma hora de trinta minutos depois...um absurdo!!!! Espero que a agência possa melhorar nesse aspecto.
My experience was terrible. The agency did not comply with the waiting tolerance limit_ 15 to 30 minutes.
On 02/18 I was at the agency and got the password Conventional Service. The entry time was 11:22 am and I was only attended at 12:52 pm. That is, an hour thirty minutes later ... absurd !!!! I hope that the agency can improve in this regard.

Só uma resalva para a questão dos caixas eletrônicos que as veses ficam inoperantes. A exemplo do limite de caixas para depósito em dinheiro.
I am satisfied with the service.
Just one caveat for the issue of ATMs that sometimes become inoperative. Like the cash deposit limit.
