Pelo menos aqui não falta cadeiras para os clientes esperarem, porém não tem água para servir o cliente. E os caixas eletrônicos é uma negação quando se trata de fins de semanas e feriados prolongados.
They try, but I still can't get satisfaction from the service here, but that is in all banks in the city. At least here there is no lack of chairs for customers to wait, but there is no water to serve the customer. And ATMs are a denial when it comes to weekends and long holidays.
