 Disdainful service, wrong referral, questions asked at a great, very costly expense, almost at the cost of a dispatcher. It was supposed to be a public service.

Passam o dia todo fazendo as pessoas que estão tentando resolver coisas de abestalhado. Isso é uma grande falta de respeito, falta de compromisso com o cidadão.
Acho que esse órgão nem deveria existir
They are people with no interest in serving the citizen, moreover, they do not fulfill what they are paid to do.
They spend all day doing people who are trying to solve stupid things. This is a great lack of respect, lack of commitment to the citizen.
I think this body shouldn't even exist
